CALL FORWARD BUSY
CENTREX CFB / CALL FORWARD BUSY
allows a call to be forwarded to a designated DN when you are on a call.
A good example would be Voice Mail. You want your calls to go to Voice Mail when you are
on your phone. Callers get to leave you a Message instead of getting a Busy Signal.
You could also send your calls to someone else on a Busy.
Other features have to be added if you want to separate
internal
and
external
calls.
CBI for internal customer group calls on a busy
CBD to disallow internal group calls on a busy
Caller ID and Call Forward
Call forward on Centrex Lines, passes the Centrex Line's Caller ID, not the caller that is being forwarded.
EXAMPLE
: If I call Dr. Smith, and his Centrex Line is Call Forwarded to his Answer Service, Dr. Smiths
Caller ID information will be forwarded, not mine.
