PCS Free & Clear Plans for Business ensure that your employees stay connected to key business people while working away from the office. They can use their minutes to call anywhere, anytime on the enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS Network

Shared Minutes let you pool your employees' plan minutes, enabling you to minimize overage charges, reduce unused minutes and be as cost-effective as possible.

*PCS Service Plans with PCS Vision Packs are not available with PCS Connection Cards, PCS Connection Kits^TM or other devices that can be or allow phones to be used as modems.

• A minimum two-year PCS Advantage Agreement is required
• Utilize both PCS to PCS Calling and Nights Starting at 7pm for an additional $5/month
• Corporate Sponsored subscriptions are eligible to receive a $150 PCS Credit for two-year term agreements
• A minimum of three lines is required to use the Shared Minutes option
• With PCS Free & Clear America, up to 50% of monthly usage can be used for domestic roaming off the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network, reaching 280 million people
• Unlimited Night & Weekend Minutes can be used from Monday through Thursday 9pm to 7am and Friday 9pm to Monday 7am
• Additional minutes are $0.40 per minute on all other plans; without a PCS Vision Pack, customers can access PCS Vision for $0.01 a kilobyte
• Prices do not include Sprint surcharges in the amount of $1.50 per month and USF charges that may vary by month
• Service Plan customizable and stated prices are subject to change if not selected by 7/4/2004
