The Local Number Portability (LNP) end-user charge is currently $.53 for all states. This charge is located in the Sprint FCC Tariff No. 3, section 4.7.D.
Effective February 5, 2004, Sprint will stop invoicing the LNP end-user charge for CLEC customers. The LNP end-user charge will be removed from section 4.7.D of Sprint's FCC Tariff No. 3.
