Billing Dispute Escalations

Billing disputes must be submitted in writing. For vendor and payphone disputes, please use the online dispute form. For all other carrier disputes, please download and complete the alternate dispute form and e-mail it to the billing dispute team.

The dispute team will investigate the dispute and provide a resolution response. If you have questions or wish to challenge the proposed resolution, you may escalate as follows:
