Got a new phone you want to swap for one already on your account? It's easy.
- Be sure your new phone’s battery is fully charged.
- Keep your phone and its box handy in case you need information from them (don’ t worry, we’ll point out where to look).
- Sign in to My Sprint to begin. You need to be the account owner or authorized to complete the swap. If you are not, log in and we’ll help you request permission.
