The powerful, easy-to-use features of the Sprint FONCARD(SM) enable you to conduct business as usual, no matter where you are. Call anywhere in the U.S., Canada, or from over 120 international countries around the world.

With a Sprint FONCARD, you can:

• Call directory assistance from a Sprint operator for numbers in the U.S. and most countries around the world.
• Receive multilingual operator assistance from a qualified Sprint operator.
• Take advantage of international language translation from Sprint Travel Assistance when you are outside the U.S. Sprint Travel Assistance also provides medical, legal, and travel information. Standard FONCARD rates apply.
• Place calls from hotels using the dialing instructions on the hotel phone or ask the hotel operator how to make a toll-free call, then follow the normal Sprint FONCARD dialing instructions

NOTE: A VPN FONCARD is also available for customers with VPN (virtual private network) service. The VPN FONCARD has the same features as the Business FONCARD, with a few added capabilities. It also has an abbreviated dialing procedure, using the seven-digit dialing capability, which is available only to VPN customers.

For voice prompt, dial 1-800-366-2255 and press *0

From international locations: Dial the Sprint international access number for the country you are in, then stay on the line for a Sprint operator to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Sprint FONCARD

If your card is lost, stolen, or to report service problems, call Sprint Customer Service immediately. The phone number is listed on the back of your card. Write down the number and put it in a safe place, just in case you lose the card.

VPN customers in the U.S. and Canada, VPN customers dial 1-800-599-5090.

From international locations, dial the Sprint access number for the country you are in, or call collect to 1-913-624-5336. This number is for customer service, not placing calls. VPN customers call 1-972-405-1143 collect.

How to use your Sprint FONCARD when calling from the U.S.

1. Dial 1-800-366-2255 (voice prompt), or 1-800-877-8000 and wait for the tone.
2. After the tone (or voice prompt), enter the number you wish to call. For domestic calls enter 0 + area code + local number. For international calls enter 01 + country code + city code + local number.
3. After the tone (or voice prompt), enter your Sprint FONCARD number.

1. Dial the Sprint International Access number of country you are calling from.
2. Follow the voice instructions, or stay on the line for a Sprint operator.

A connection fee applies to each call you make with the Sprint FONCARD.

Use this dialing guide for reference to find all the country codes and city codes you need to reach. In some U.S. cities where there is a high incidence of toll-fraud by others capturing your FONCARD numbers, Sprint may proactively restrict your Sprint FONCARD from international dialing to protect you and your company. You can overwrite this precaution for your card.
